Refund & Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Please review our refund terms below:
Cancellations made more than 5 days before the start of the validity window
You will receive a 75% refund of the total amount paid. A 25% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
Cancellations made within 5 days of the start of the validity window
No refunds will be issued.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
If the event is canceled or rescheduled by the venue or organizer, customers will be entitled to a full refund or the option to transfer their booking to the new date.
